2015 Student Author Contest Winners Announced

 

Charlottesville, VA (May 19, 2015) – NACAS, the largest auxiliary and ancillary services organization serving higher education, is pleased to announce the three winners of the 2015 Student Author Article Contest. The Student Author Article Contest is an annual competition where current college students submit articles on the topic, “How Auxiliary Services Has Influenced My College Experience.”

The Winners Are:

Grand prize – Jillian Reichel at University of Albany

Second place – Katie Reese at Miami University

Third place – Emma Friedland at University of Colorado Boulder

Winners are eligible for the following cash prizes: $500 for the grand prize, $300 for second place, and $200 for third place. All cash prizes are courtesy of Sodexo Education, a global leader in providing campus dining and facilities services to colleges and universities.

This year’s grand prize submission will be printed in the summer edition of the College Services magazine.
