Matt Elwell

Comedy Sportz Chicago

Matt Elwell, CPLP uses improvisation to help people and organizations experience greater imagination, joy, and success. He is the Executive Director of ComedySportz (CSz) Worldwide and performs locally on their improve roster and as their Learning & Development Director. He has been teaching improvisation to actors, improvisers, business people, educators, and students for over 10 years. As a performer, Matt has appeared with ComedySportz, Second City Theatricals, GayCo, WNEP, iO and Dave & Co, and has taught as an Associate Faculty Member of the Second City Training Center in Chicago.

Michael Unebasami

University of Hawai’i Community College System | Associate Vice President for Administrative Affairs

Michael Unebasami (OO-nay-BAH-SAH-mee) is the associate vice president for administrative affairs for the University of Hawaiʻi Community College System (UHCC). He oversees budget and financial management, human resources, planning and facilities management, emergency operations and campus security, marketing and communications, auxiliary enterprises, EEO/AA, Title IX compliance, and legal and legislative affairs for seven community colleges within the UH System.

Michael oversees an operating budget of $250 million and has facilitated almost $800 million in capital improvements for UH community college campuses over the past 20 years.

Michael has been active on the board of directors with NACUBO and is a past president of WACUBO. He retired in 2005 from the Hawai’i Air National Guard after 38 years of service and is a recipient of the State of Hawai’i Manager of the Year award.
