With the exception of Canada Lab, all pre-conference events are scheduled for Saturday, November 12 from 1–4 PM.

Canada Lab

Designed by the Canadian Committee, Canada Lab delivers a half-day workshop that invites Canadian institution professionals to exchange ideas, trends, and updates in the Canadian higher education landscape.

Created and presented by NACAS members, pre-conference workshops are immersive, in-person educational experiences taking place on Saturday and Sunday. In a no-distractions, interactive environment, transform yourself into a campus leader who is prepared to take auxiliary services to the next level at your home institution and deliver what your students didn’t know they needed.

Caesars Forum Tour

Tour the LEED Silver Certified Caesars Forum and get behind-the-scenes views of Las Vegas’s newest convention center. Located at the center of the Strip, this state-of-the-art structure is an architectural wonder featuring the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world on a single level. The modern and sustainable Forum provides efficient flow, inviting spaces for networking, and a first-class catering and events team.

Advance registration is required and attendance has been limited to 40 individuals.

University of Nevada Las Vegas Tour

Just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, the University of Nevada Las Vegas serves over 30,000 students and counting.
