Attendee Health and Safety
We are committed to community wellness and will do our part to provide and maintain an event that is free of known hazards and safeguard the health of NACAS staff, hotel staff, our audience, and their respective families and local communities.
NACAS will not refund anyone who can no longer attend C3X for COVID-19 related concerns, including testing positive or exhibiting symptoms. We will be happy to transition your registration with post-conference access to recordings.

Transportation
Flying into Harry Reid International? The airport is conveniently located just 2 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard. Las Vegas has a downtown shuttle and monorail to navigate the Strip in less than 15 minutes!

General Registration and Information Desk is located in the Conference Center of Caesars Palace.
Saturday, November 12, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 13, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, November 14, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 15, 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
C3X Expo: All C3X attendees will be able to visit the Expo to view longtime and new business partners during dedicated exhibiting hours on Monday November 14 from 11:15 am – 3:00 pm and Tuesday, November 15 from 9:00 am – 11:30 am..
Attire: Attendees typically enjoy a business casual dress code throughout the entire conference. Please bring a light sweater or jacket for use in the meeting room as personal comfort levels may vary. We encourage comfortable walking shoes throughout the conference.
The Opening Event and Closing Event dress codes are casual.
Menus will be provided in the Event App.
NACAS Mobile App
Instead of paper programs, we will have a mobile app (iOS/Android) with the schedule, room locations, and all pertinent information. It will be the most up-to-date resource during the conference, so please download it before you arrive. You will also be able to engage with other attendees and business partners, check in to sessions, and take notes directly in the app!
How to download the app: Tap the links above, or search “The Event App by EventsAIR” in your mobile provider’s app store. Once installed, open the app and use the Event Code “C3X2022” to find this year’s C3X app. All attendees are emailed a unique personal pin number to gain full access to the app’s functionality.
Session Engagement
AGENDA
Once you’re in the event app, we recommend that you spend a few minutes clicking around! Preview and “favorite” sessions that you want to attend to add them to your own personalized agenda. You can take notes during each session and throughout the conference within the app. These notes can be exported and sent to your email after C3X.
ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
Make sure your institution is represented at the Annual Business Meeting at 8:00 am on Tuesday, November 15. A by-law amendment, the 2022-2023 budget, and NACAS Board of Directors will be presented and voted on. All meeting documents will be available in the mobile app.
Providing Feedback
Using the app, provide feedback on ed sessions, general sessions, and other events you attend!.
- In the mobile app, tap the Session Survey icon
- Navigate to and tap the session or event for which you wish to provide feedback
- Scroll down and tap “Session Feedback Survey”
- Once completed, tap”Submit”
CASP Check-In
Check in to each session by filling out the session survey as mentioned above! This will allow us to track CASP credits on your behalf.
After each session you attend, answer the single question and provide comments if you’d like.
Making Connections
At C3X, you can connect with auxiliary professionals who have similar needs and network with business partners who can source service solutions for your campus community. Connections make it easy to create and collaborate while you are onsite at the conference.
Once you are logged in, here is how you can make connections in the app:
- Tap the Meeting Hub icon
- Navigate to “Attendees” at the top of the screen
- Search for the person with whom you want to connect
- Once you are on the individual, select add friend icon
- Tap “Yes”
MOVE
Start your day off on the right foot with our morning wellness events. Each day, the first 50 attendees will receive a participation giveaway from Pepsico Foodservice.
NETWORKING
C3X isn’t just for educational content – we also have networking opportunities abound! Don’t forget to check out the regional receptions, regional breakfasts, and the opening and closing events to reconnect with your colleagues. You can also use the Meeting Hub in the mobile app to connect with conference attendees, exchange contact information, and live chat throughout the conference.
LOUNGE
Take a break in two of our unique lounge spaces. Rest & Relax Lounge is open to all conference attendees, while attendees have to gain special access to the Transact Terrace.
Win Points
