Similar to our C3X Expo, the NACAS Spring Expo brings together business partners and industry leaders virtually to collaborate, create, and explore new ways to create customized campus services that are unique and meaningful to each school’s community.
The Spring Expo will be free and open to all NACAS Institutional Members, April 12-16, 2021. There are no set exhibit hours, so attendees will be able to visit virtual booths at their own convenience and on their own time.

Expo Ed: Expo Ed sessions provide an opportunity NACAS members to get a first-hand look at some of the newest products, services, and solutions from our Business Partners. Expo Ed will be held Tuesday-Thursday from 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. Topics covered during these sessions include:
- Elevating your outdoor space design
- Gathering customer feedback post-COVID
- Campus-wide retail systems
- Purchasing and contracts
- Contactless dining and food lockers
- Equitable and inclusive access to course materials

Spring Expo Roundtables: Come together with a group of industry peers to take a deep dive into hot button topics. On Monday, the theme will be “Re-Opening Campus,” where participants will be able to share ideas and plans to return to full capacity this fall. On Friday, the theme will be “All Things Bookstore,” where participants will discuss everything from how bookstores can support commencements to how to better nurture publisher-professor relationships.
Topics and moderators have been carefully selected to ensure you can ask questions, share your own experiences, and ultimately, get exposure to a range of different perspectives and thought processes.
