Danielle Bouton is the Associate Director of Training, Development & Engagement for Dining Services at University of Georgia in Athens, GA. With 35 years of hospitality experience, 15 of which are in collegiate dining services, Danielle leads the divisions training & development initiatives for Dining and Transportation/Parking Services, as well as builds relationships with campus and community partners to further the mission of Auxiliary Services and Finance & Administration at UGA. Danielle is a member of the Professional Development Committee of NACAS and holds an M.Ed. from Valdosta State University and a Human Resources certification from University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Damon Mitchell is the Director of E-Commerce & Business Operations at Maryville University in St. Louis, supporting all aspects of retail, dining, and vending experiences and has 24 years of collegiate retail experience. Damon is a member of the Professional Development Committee of NACAS. Damon holds an MBA from Lindenwood University and Data Analytics certificate from Cornell University.
