Coffee Chat: Informal Discussions about Auxiliary Services

Join folks from the Professional Development Committee for an informal chat about what is top of mind currently for auxiliary professionals. We will use this time to talk about what is buzzing in the NACAS Lounge (a COVID-19 contract clause!), but ask you to bring any and all topics to the table: Labor shortage issues? Questions about the future of parking and mobility on campus? Want to brag about your new idea for a hybrid Commencement? Come tell us! No question or idea is too big or too small to share.
Coffee Chats will be scheduled monthly so we can continue regular discussions throughout the year.

Canadian Virtual Roundtable: Marketing & Communications – Critical to Ancillary Operations Success

Building on the discussion started at Canada Lab 2021, join a panel of marketing and communication experts and senior ancillary leaders as they share the value and importance of marketing and communications within their ancillary units.

We will discuss marketing structures within our ancillary units and the roles marketing and communication play with respect to revenue generation, reputation, telling our story, internal communications, and more.
