NACAS launches new member benefit, the 1FS Product Catalog
Charlottesville, VA (December 19, 2017) – NACAS has partnered with One Food Service (1FS) to bring members an online foodservice product catalog. Using the 1FS Product Catalog, NACAS members can compare nutritionals, search for items, and find the local sales contacts for products.
“We are pleased to be working with NACAS and happy to be providing a robust foodservice product catalog to their members. The 1FS Product Catalog gives members convenient access to thousands of products, well beyond what is currently available from individual vendors,” Teddie Granville, 1FS Director of Business Development, said. “Due to the variety and breadth of products in the catalog, members will save time when researching new ingredients or ‘grab-n’-go’ items for their foodservice operations.”
Added to a growing list of member benefits, the 1FS Product Catalog will help to ease day-to-day responsibilities and provide new solutions for those who work in campus dining and food services. The tool connects members with key industry players and helps them to make informed choices about the food they’re providing for their students.
“Not only will the catalog help connect you directly to the manufacturer, the benefit also offers easy to access and highly detailed nutritional and allergen information,” Corey Salem, NACAS Director of Member Engagement, said. “This benefit is just another way that NACAS helps higher education professionals make the best-informed decisions for their institutions.”
