Cancellation Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations and Refunds
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing. Requests can be submitted via email to info@nacas.org.
Refund requests will be processed after the conference. Please allow 4-6 weeks post-conference for your refund to be processed.
- Cancellations received up to October 8th, 2023, will be refunded minus a processing fee of $95.
- Cancellations received after October 8th, 2023 will not receive a refund.
Transfers and Rollovers
Registrations may be transferred/applied/deferred to another event or person if written notice is received by October 8th, 2023. There is no charge for transferring a registration to another individual. Registrations being rolled over to future conferences are subject to a processing fee of an additional $75. Once a Rollover is processed, the Rollover is deemed non-refundable. Rollovers may not be deferred for more than one year. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Please contact the NACAS Office at info@nacas.org to coordinate either a transfer or rollover.
Notice: If NACAS must cancel this conference for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fees paid only. NACAS is not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees.
