Previously, he has held executive positions in four worldwide associations with annual revenues ranging from $4 to $65 million dollars. Marcial has been honored by Association Forum and USAE in their 2016 Forty Under 40 and by Connect Magazine in their 2014 40 Under 40. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and an MBA from Florida International University.
“I am incredibly honored and thrilled to serve as the next CEO of NACAS,” says Mr. Marcial. “I have been privileged to work with diverse teams and stakeholders, and I look forward to building upon an already strong foundation to deliver innovative programs and resources to enhance the careers of auxiliary service professionals. Our members make a significant impact on higher education and the student experience, and I am excited to collaborate with the talented staff and dedicated board members to grow and engage a dynamic and inclusive membership community.”
