NACAS Announces Departure of CEO

Charlottesville, VA (May 12, 2015) – NACAS, the largest auxiliary and ancillary services support organization serving higher education, today announced that CEO Ron Campbell, CASP, is no longer with the association. Mr. Campbell was hired for a three year contract that expires this year. The NACAS Board of Directors will begin an international search immediately to select the Association’s next CEO. Eleanor Mower, COO, will act as Interim CEO until the new CEO is in place.

During his tenure as NACAS CEO that began in 2012, Mr. Campbell successfully advanced the Association’s commitment to provide extensive professional development opportunities, developed innovative business solutions, enhanced professional development programs, and created new revenue sources. Ron cultivated meaningful professional relationships and opened conversations to develop collaborations with partner associations in higher education. He has overseen growth in the CASP professional certification program, increased financial results for the Association, and led the restructuring of the NACAS National Office. NACAS extends its appreciation for his leadership that has placed the Association in a position to move to the next level of success.
