CALL FOR 2024 C3X COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS

C3X Committee description

The C3X Committee shall ensure professional development and networking opportunities for members through inclusivity and value-driven programming.  Through brainstorming and discussion, the committee will generate ways to add value and appeal to C3X. The Committee will contribute conceptual ideas and general session topics and recommend general session speakers.  Other areas the committee will support are promotion and solicitation of C3X, identification of education session content, campus tours, and the volunteer program. The committee will be invited to participate in a one day planning meeting at the Site Location the Summer prior to C3X. Travel expenses will be paid accordingly to the travel policy for the Site Visit only. Expense of actual C3X is on own.

We are seeking to fill the following roles:

Committee Chair

The Committee Chair is responsible for the oversight of the committee planning and involvement.  They will set the agenda and facilitate monthly planning meetings.  The Chair is required to participate in two site visits as follows:  in December, 2023 and the Spring/Summer of 2024.  The 2024 Chair will be invited to attend the 2023 C3X Committee wrap up meeting during the C3X Conference to transition into new role and will be introduced as the new Chair during the closing session at the 2023 C3X conference.

Committee Member

Committee members will participate in monthly planning meetings to contribute to the planning and development of the C3X conference.
