Board of Directors
It shall be the duty of the Board of Directors to have general supervision over the affairs of the Association and determine the policies thereof. It shall be their duty to attend the NACAS West Board of Directors meetings. The Board of Directors, by a majority vote, may authorize the President and/or Treasurer of this Association to bind the Association in such contracts as they deem necessary to carry out the business of the Association, subject to the approved budget. The Board shall approve the annual budget for the Association
