By putting the emphasis on adding vegetables,legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and vegetable protein, Plant-Rich Menus bring tasty, satisfying, inclusive, affordable,healthy, and culturally diverse menus to your campus.
Through the Plant-Rich Program, NACAS empowers institutions by:
- providing hands-on operational support to help campuses confidently scale plant-rich dining,
- meeting each institution where they are on their journey,
- building the right connections with solution providers and peer leaders, and
- facilitating knowledge sharing and celebrating every step of progress along the way.
