NACAS East is comprised of 13 U.S. states, Ontario, the Atlantic Provinces, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Membership in NACAS East offers business partners numerous advantages to reach the higher education market, which generates more than $39 billion dollars annually from campus services. We’d love to share with you the many opportunities you have to build your brand on the many campuses located in NACAS East!
Welcome to NACAS East
It is both a privilege and an honor to serve as your NACAS East President for 2026-2027. Following in Kevin D'Onofrio's footsteps, I'm deeply committed to building on the strength, growth, and inclusivity he brought to this association — and to supporting our members and business partners every step of the way.
As I step into this role, one word guides my focus: runway. Not just the work in front of us, but the path we build for those who come after us — clearer succession planning, stronger onboarding for new board members, and a pipeline of future leaders who feel prepared and excited about what's ahead.
Our membership is our strength — 195 institutions strong. This year, we go deeper, not just broader. We'll nurture the members we have, reach the ones we've lost touch with, and make it easy for new voices to find their way in.
I encourage you to visit our website to explore the many ways to engage — awards and scholarships, the career center, College Services magazine, online education, and much more. The more you invest in NACAS East, the more you will gain in return, both personally and professionally.
I'm especially excited that our NACAS CX 2027 Regional Conference will be held June 13–16 in Pittsburgh — my home and workplace city. I can't wait to welcome you here. Our popular On the Road events will continue as well, bringing opportunities to a location near you.
Get involved — volunteer, present, attend, and connect.
Our mission is clear: to advance campus experiences that enrich the quality of life for students. Thank you for all that you do in support of that mission, and for your continued dedication to our region.
Warm regards,
Monica Rattigan
President, NACAS East
Executive Director of Retail and Logistics Operations, University of Pittsburgh
Events
The value of involvement in NACAS East is all about the rich experiences our members take away from participation in events. There is something to be said for the power of a handshake with a cool new colleague, an idea-generating hallway conversation with a speaker you just heard, or a hug from a familiar friend. We are dedicated to delivering these moments, and making sure they are centered around topics you need to improve your daily work, and enrich campus experiences at your institution.
Save the Date
East on the Road - Fall 2026
The 2027 NACAS East CX will take place June 13-16, 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Volunteer Opportunities
One of the most important factors in the success of our region is the participation and involvement of our membership. Without it, we couldn’t function. There are endless opportunities for involvement. Committee and volunteer opportunities include Business Partner Committee, Professional Development Committee, Regional CX Conference and Expo, On The Road, and more!
