Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing. Requests can be submitted via email to info@nacas.org. Cancellations received before January 16, 2025, will be refunded minus a $95 processing fee. Any cancellations received after January 16, 2025, will not receive a refund.

Notice: If NACAS South must cancel this conference for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fees paid only. NACAS is not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees.

Travel  Information

Uber & Lyft

The ride sharing pick-up location is located outside on the lower level of the terminal building. As you exit the building, the pick-up location will be directly to the right. Directional signs are available to assist passengers looking for their ride share vehicle, or use the walking directions provided below.

Please note: We recommend scheduling your transportation in advance, as Ubers and Lyfts may not be available during off-peak hours.

Car Rentals

Rental Car counters are located on the lower level of the airport terminal building near baggage claim. Counter hours vary based on the company. We highly encourage you to make reservations in advance to guarantee transportation once you arrive at the airport.

Parking at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge or DreamMore Resort and Spa is complimentary for guests.

The Rental Car Return area is located on the first floor of the parking garage, which can be accessible from Airport Loop Road.

Taxis & Charters

The taxi pick-up area is located outside on the north side of the terminal and is accessible from the baggage claim. We highly encourage you to make reservations in advance to guarantee transportation once you arrive at the airport.
